Our first stop will give you a great overview of Lebanon’s history! The National Museum of Beirut is the principal museum of archeology in Lebanon. It houses a large collection of priceless mesmerizing artifacts from all over the country. You’ll be able to learn so much about the history and the civilization that impacted the cultural crossroads.

The Roman Baths is the largest outdoor sight located in downtown Beirut. This site includes the four major bath complexes. The first one was found under Augustus in the early first century! They were later destroyed in the terrible Beirut earthquake in 551 AD. Today, these Roman Baths reflect the ancient traditions and history of the site.

Martyrs’ Square is a stop in the heart of Beirut! Located in downtown Beirut and historically known as “Al Burj” or “Place des Canon", it’s named after the Executions of some Lebanese nationalists in 1916 by the Ottomans during World War I.

The Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque, the largest mosque in Lebanon, is located in downtown Beirut near Martyrs Square. This mosque is also known as the “Blue Mosque” because of all its different light blue colored domes. The mosque is known for its minarets which are 65m high, and its beautiful multiple arches, which are a couple of stories tall.

The Al- Omari Mosque is also known as one of the most ancient mosques in Lebanon. This Mosque was damaged during the civil war and then refurbished in 2004. First built in 635 AC, the mosque was converted to a church and retransformed to the city’s Grand Mosque in 1291.

The Greek Orthodox Cathedral, located in the heart of Beirut’s city center, is the oldest extant church in the city and one of the oldest in the region. This church was built over the disappeared Anastasi Romano-Byzantine Cathedral. It’s the first Christian temple ever built in the exact location that goes back to the mid-sixth century AD!

Beirut Souks in THE commercial district of Beirut City Center is also known as the largest and most diverse shopping and leisure area in Beirut. You will find something you love with over 200 shops, 25 restaurants and cafes, an entertainment center, and a cinema complex!

Zaituna Bay, described on its official website as “Beirut’s finest leisure destination”, is a dazzling spot on Beirut’s waterfront promenade. The Bay contains shops, restaurants, a beautiful atmosphere, and a contagious vibe. We’re warning you; you’ll want to come again!

Corniche Beirut is the most renowned seaside promenade in Beirut! The Corniche is lined with beautiful palm trees looking over the Mediterranean Sea, with a great view of the famous Pigeon Rock and the summits of Mount Lebanon on the Easter Side.

The Pigeon Rock of Raouche, also known as “The Rock of Raouche”, is considered one of Beirut’s most famous landmarks. The Raouche rock is composed of two gigantic rock formations, also claimed to be the remains of a sea monster the Greek hero Perseus killed to save Andromeda!
